So if a food just lists "vegetable oil" and doesn't say hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated in the UK is it safe to assume it doesn't contain trans fats?

That doesn't answer my question at all. I do make my own food but I would like to vary it up by eating breaded meat, roasted meat, etc. I do not want to eat nothing but clean "bro foods" (e.g chicken breasts, tuna, brown rice, etc) for the rest of my life. Thank you guys for the speedy responses! I'm bodybuilding so of course good fats (especially monounsaturated and saturated which impact testosterone) is important to me, i just wanted to be accurate when counting calories! Thanks again!
