Question about calories in this steak
hey all i bought steaks from tesco earlier, it says on the back of the packet "a typical steak fried then trimmed of fat contains" then the amounts but i'm wondering if this would be counting the oil i'm adding in the process? i don't think it is, it says 5.7g of fat, 2.5g of saturated fat, 2.7 mono, 0.2 polyunsaturated i…
