There's pros and cons to weighing yourself daily, weekly, etc. I do it daily, because after logging my weight for 3+ months, i start to notice a trend. It starts to look like a sine-wave function Everytime it peaks, i get motivated to try harder.

Im on the same boat. Done this in the past, lost a lot of weight, and gained some back. Add me if you want a buddy What helps me is to log everything I eat, even snacks and bites here and there because it adds up. Also, strawberries are my go to because it fills me up and not too high in calories.
