Make your own bars to beat mid-afternoon chocolate cravings. One cup of cashews, one cup of dates and a scant teaspoon of cocoa powder. Blend until combined, then flatten onto a baking sheet & refrigerate. When set, simply slice into bars and enjoy! How many bars do you get out of this?

How many calories are burned doing weight training/toning exercises? I do 30 minutes of cardio and about 20 minutes of weight training/toning 4 to 6 times a week, but I have no idea how many calories the weight training/toning burns. I was just doing 60 minutes of cardio 5 to 6 days a week...thanks everyone!
