I am trying to find out how many calories weight training and toning burns. I can't find it anywhere.. I used to to 60 minutes cardio 5 to 7 days a week and I recently started doing 20 minutes weight training / toning and 30 minutes of cardio 4 to 6 days a week. But I can't figure out how to calculate the calories burned…
