I am in. I have been on my journey since 11/1/2012 and was down to 35 lbs lost then my birthday weekend came 1/21/13 and gained 2.6 lbs, but I have already lost 1.6 lbs since Monday so I will have it off by Sun then some I hope.

I will be starting this program on Jan 21, 2013. I think it will be fun to. Can't wait.

I workout 6 days a week at least 1hr to 2 hr on those days. I have one rest day. I make it a point to burn at least 1000-1200 calories per day. I don't think it is too much. I see the reults. I have lost 25 lbs since 11/1/12 and got 60-80 more to go by 7/1/13. Keep up the good work.

I put cardio and add the exercise. Thank you all I am now at 8 lbs down. My goal is to do 10-12 pounds a month to lose between 84-100 lbs by 7/1/13.
