Thanks ladies! I think I'll tone it down a bit with so many changes at once and slowly work eating better into the system and for now work on portion control. I'm sure its my body's way of telling me is misses the food I shouldn't be eating :P

Actually my headache started before I went to bed lastnight and because of it I was unable to sleep well :/ Thanks walkwithme1, I was sure thats what it was going to add up too but thought I would get some advice. Yes it will definitely be worth it in the end! :)

thats the thing I don't drink caffeine :/ I drink water or tea. I think I will change up things a lil until my body adjusts Thanks :)

I'm in! Who is going to make up the challenges?? I once saw where they would do a daily challenge with exercises...squats, situps, pushups...etc. Either way I think this will be fun!!:)

Awesome job!! I am also 5'5" and my starting weight is 233. This is great motivation!! Although measurements may be different is always good to find someone similiar. so with that continue that great work and thanks for the motivation!!! :)
