Hey all, just came across this thread and wanted to gain some info about healthy wage. I'm looking forward to starting one in October so I'll give myself enough time to heal from my surgery. I've lost weight before on my own but gained it back when I became pregnant. I read about healthy wage earlier in the year and figure…

The food scale is going to make a heck of a difference. I tried going by the measurements and it worked to an extent. It was after I got a food scale that I really started seeing results. You'll be amazed with portions. Hang in there and good luck. It gets tough sometimes but don't give up!

I don't know much about instagram. How tall are you? What was your starting weight?

Definitely an inspiration! Its good see pics of someone I can sort of relate too. When I first started my weight loss journey I was at my heaviest of 255. I got down to 210 and found out I was expecting. I gained it all back and then some which became my new heaviest of 270. My son is soon to be 3 months and I'm down to…

Good job!! I know exactly what you mean! The clothes that I started out with are far too big on me but I'm too cheap to want to go buy new ones. Although this past weekend, I decided that I needed to at least grab a couple new outfits because I didn't want to go around with baggy clothes. At my heaviest, I wore a…

I had the flex for almost 3 years and decided to upgrade to the Charge HR. Love them both. The HR does cover a little more than the flex though. I must say buying a fitbit was one of the greatest investments I have ever done. It definitely helps give you that extra push and its fun to be able to do different challenges…

I don't know what I would do without my fitbit. I started with the flex and upgraded to the Charge HR. It definitely helps me push myself harder! I love that you can have competitions with friends which also makes it more fun!

My mini goals are to lose 5 lbs at a time. I want to win the dietbets that I entered. I want to be jogging by the time spring comes and softball gets here, so I have started c25k.

You are awesome!! Such an inspiration for someone who may possibly have PCOS too! I will be getting tested for it soon and I'm hoping that it may just be my weight causing the problem but not being able to lose anything isn't helping much either :( Thanks for sharing your story!! It gives me faith that it can be done!…

I was actually using it since the beginning of Dec. I started on Dec 4th and stopped on March 31st. I'm not here to try to sell you on anything but to share my personal experience. I won't lie when I say that it gave me a tremendous amount of energy and cut down my appetite. Before I tried it, I would wake up tired (sounds…

I was on wellbutrin at one point and while it did help, I didn't feel like taking meds daily was what I wanted to be doing. So I got out and start walking/working out and that was probably the smartest decision I have made!! It helps to relieve stress so much and helps as a confidence booster :)

I have a flex and I love it! It definitely has helped me push myself a little harder because I always want the 5 lights lit lol Its nice that it syncs with mfp also. I've had mine since March and I'd have to say it is definitely worth it!! Another thing I like about fitbit, you can add your friends so you can have someone…
