I lost 26 lbs just by watching what I ate and walking. I'm sure I would have lost with just a calorie deficit but the walking also helped a bit as well as making me feel better and more energized :)

If you had the fitbit on this morning during your workout and then you went and added the workout on here, it most likely has doubled up from there considering the fitbit counted every "step" you took. Everytime you sync it, it adds to the calories burned based on the steps you have taken. make sense? Also do you have it…

I am so sorry for your loss :( That is truly a parents worst nightmare. I also wanted to say you are truly and inspiration to me. I started at 247, lost 26 pounds and gained it all back. I'm also 5'5". You look awesome!! Thanks for posting, its a great motivator thats for sure!! :)

I have a fitbit and I love it! I like how it syncs to mfp. It makes you push yourself harder to reach your daily goals. What's even more fun about it? You can add and compete against your friends!! :)
