This might sound stupid....
Does anyone ever eat the same meals everyday? Is it bad for you? Is this something that people who meal prep may do? My schedule isn't the easiest with 3 boys so I'm looking for something to make it a bit more simple. Looking for all opinions as everything helps.

22 lbs gone for good

ok so I know that its best to get our recommended calories but what happens if we do so and end up going over in sugar? Just curious on how many people are working out at home and how many are doing it at the gym. I was doing it at home but just recently endured a strained back muscle so I'm out for a bit. Has anybody ever gotten headaches when you chang the way you eat? I ate very healthy yesterday and ended up with a headache that I still have at this moment. Is it possible I sent my body into shock because its not used to getting such healthy foods? Help please!
