I don't have access to a gym at the moment and am looking for some input on arm exercises that don't require weights. I want to build my arm muscles and tone also. If you can help me out I'd greatly appreciate

Planks and push-ups are what I've been doing (Pilates based) - though my arms do better than my legs during those! The videos I use are full workouts from Youtube, but I'm sure if you Youtubed "planks" and "pushups" you would get some results.0

If you aren't strong enough to do push ups, maybe you could try some wall push ups -- just lean against the wall, hands on the wall shoulder high, and push away from the wall. If you don't have anywhere to do pull ups, or aren't strong enough to do pull ups, stand in a doorway with your feet close to the door from, facing the side of the door frame, hold onto both sides of the frame with your hands at shoulder height, and lean back, then pull yourself in. If you don't have weights to lift, get a couple of cans from the cupboard, and use those! When I bring my groceries home, I lift the bags ups and down as I walk inside with them. Carry a bag of potatoes back and forth. Search for exercise videos on utube? Put on the radio, dance indoors and keep those arms moving.0
