question about sugar

ok so I know that its best to get our recommended calories but what happens if we do so and end up going over in sugar? I put my foods in and I ended up -43 in sugar but it was from fruits, salads and shakes. Does that mean I need to watch what I'm eating there also? I once heard that sugars from those certain things were good sugars but again I don't know which is why I am asking...please help

If you're not a diabetic or need to watch your sugar intake I wouldn't worry about going over. Especially if it's natural sugars.0

Barring a select few medical conditions there's really no reason to watch your sugar intake. Caloric deficit will lead to your weight loss goals.0

If you need to watch sugar for medical purposes, you need to watch all sugar. My grandmother had diabetes and she had to watch all sugar whether it was from fruit or candy.0

Ok thanks everyone! I don't have any health issues so thats a good thing.0
