With the obesity epidemic among young people we have in this country I feel this is a good start. Congratulation to that school and teacher for caring enough about their students to do something about it! You won't achieve anything in life without a little hard work. This could be very motivational for them.

Try making some Weight Watchers 0 point vegetable soup to keep in the refrigerator for times like this. Have a cup or two along with some lean protein and you should be fine.

EVERY DAY!! I weigh in every morning now after not stepping on a scale (with the exception of doctors visits) for 20 years! It's eye opening.

I am also sensitive to milk and eggs in the morning but I have found that I am fine with Greek Yogurt, could be the "live and active cultures". Have you tried it? I stir a tablespoon of flax in to my greek yogurt every morning, add some fresh fruit or berries a sprinkle of slivered almonds and you're good to go.
