It happens, just focus on your next meal and get back on track - regular portions, healthier foods etc...Get your water in today and you already got some exercise in - just stay with it and you will be back on track in no time!

I am sooo happy for you!!! Congrats to you on your magnificent weight loss and change. Like you I have found running and I love it although I haven't got to run as many races as you I am gearing up for my first full marathon this year. Again, congrats to you, your story is so inspiring!!!!

I have one and have used it off and on for several years. I think mine is pretty accurate - always lower than my HR band. Sounds like a set-up issue to me. Hope you get it fixed!
