I like running by myself. I put on my music and just run. This way I don't have to worry about keeping up or slowing my pace to run with someone else. On occasion my husband will run the race with me, but he runs at his own pace and I run at my own pace so we don't really run together!

I have a slightly different opinion. FitBit One - nice, easily concealable - tuck away in your bra and forget about it. Easy to read display, however to me it is more like a pedometer in terms of accuracy. Sleep tracking is practically worthless as far as I am concerned with the Fitbit. I feel the same way too so right now I am enjoying strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt with some fresh and very sweet strawberries mixed into it.
