I'm 5'2 and I eat around 1800-2100 calories per day. I exercise 5x per week, usually running 3 miles twice and one long run on the weekend. I lift heavy 4x per week and I am losing slowly but consistently and not hungry. Hope it helps!

I do the same and I eat more than 1200 - 1500 calories, I eat closer to 1800-2100 most of the time. Maybe try eating more, especially protein and carbs and see if that helps you?

Happens to me too. My husband just made a comment about not having big boobies anymore last night. I said rather smaller boobies than obese with big boobies!

Yeah, I had spaghetti squash a few times and I liked it but then the sweetness got to me and now I can eat it but just not with pasta sauce, ugh! I am going to try broccoli slaw and see if I like that any better!

I make most of my own foods. I search online for low sodium recipes. I use lime, garlic and other things to spice up my foods instead of salt. I use unsalted broths to help flavor foods. My husband has a little bit of high blood pressure so I am doing my best to reduce the amount of salt/sodium he consumes. Hope this helps!

I think 321 calories burned in 40 minutes is pretty good! Focus on the fact your able to run and burning calories! Keep it going!

Sounds like your not eating enough for the exercise. Did you check to see what your BMR is? There are a lot of calculators that you can search and find out the basic amount of calories that your body needs just to support your organs and other functions. It doesn't sound like you are eating enough to do that and therefore…
