I am feeling the same. Not feeling that I am in quite as good of shape, but happy with myself and I know I can always improve but lately it has been a struggle. Need to know others opinions on this.

I agree with microwave, steamed acorn or butternut squash is delicious by itself!

I agree with you on the 1600 calories or your miserable all day. Me too! I eat moderately, do my exercise and am losing, slowly but I am losing.

Hi I am in my forties as well. I started MFP two years ago with a weight of 240 and I have lost 81 pounds just by modifying my diet and walking 2 miles every day. I like Dannon 2x protein greek yogurt because I cannot tolerate regular greek yogurt, it is so bitter and thick, ugh!

Hi I was 240 at my heaviest and I am also 5'3 I just started out walking two miles per day and started drinking 120 ounces of water per day and eating more veggies and fruits, for me this worked. I think you need to eat more food and hopefully you can make good choices that work best for you. I wish you the best of luck…
