Thanks so much for the advice everyone. I weighed myself this morning and I've already dropped 5lbs so I'm so relieved. Hopefully the rest will soon come off now I've resumed my normal routine x

I never eat back my exercise cals as I thought it would go in my favour also I get a bit dubious about the exercise values on my fitness pal as they seem so high and I always get worried they arent right and dont want to go over by accident.
