I'd say there were ups and downs. Getting started was easy enough but it was sustaining the changes that was sometimes challenging. There were so many weeks where I exercised and stuck to my calories and the scales didn't move at all but I persisted. I made a.commitment to create a brand new life so there was no wagon of sorts to fall off.0 -
