Hi All,
I just wanted to come on and share that today I hit the 100lb loss mark!. After so many years of trying it feels amazing to have finally made the right changes in a way that's sustainable. I've gone from a size 20 to a 10/12 (UK) and I no longer have any health issues. My new life cost me my old one but I'm totally loving this new life I created!.
