McDonalds, ranch dressing, pizza, wine and cheese. McDonalds isnt that much of a craving its just sometimes convenient on those short nights where I do not want to cook. The others on the other hand,,,,,

I have had the same problem while being on the elliptical. I try to pick my feet up as much as I can while working out and also make sure you don't tie your shoe strings real tight. Just enough to keep your shoe on your foot without slipping. These two things have helped me a lot! Good luck!

I have the same thing happen only its my little toe on my right foot. I thought maybe i tied my shoes to tight so I loosened them and that seemed to help a bit. I work out on an elliptical and I think too that maybe I put to much pressure on that one foot so I try to pick it up a bit like I am actually walking to relieve…

Im not a milk drinker and never cared for yogurt even way before I became intollerant. I have tried some soy products and a tiny portion I can eat.

I have learned I tend to move slower when watching tv but when I am listening to music I work out harder and faster. Plus the time goes quicker! I listen to a mix of music Lady Ga Ga Black Eyed Peas Katy Perry Ke$ha Rammstein Static-X White Zombie Apocolyptica Slipknot System of a Down
