When I used my Fitbit to count my calories, they were across the board lower than MFP no matter what work out I did, but by the end of the day I was about equal in over all calorie burn. I honestly don't think you need to be that precise. Just know generally what you're consuming. You will still lose your goal weight in approximately the same amount of time if you have -/+200 calories a day. JUST DO YOUR BEST...and limit the processed foods.
