I need motivation

Food is my love and no matter how hard I try, I revert back to my unhealthy eating habits. So what to do?

    Have a goal, commitment, a more positive "can do" attitude, and take responsibility for your own eating habits. Find the reason why your eating habits are unhealthy (and what do you consider unhealthy), and use MFP to track your food and see where the problem falls so you can develop a plan.

    Sorry to tell you that you can't buy motivation in the market and nobody can give it to you either. It is up to you to find it, use it and keep it. You can do it, just go to the Success forums and see and read what people has accomplished using MFP. Good luck!

    Do you love food, or are you just overeating, mindlessly, or compulsively? Do you feel that the foods you like, are unhealthy?

    Remove the temptation. Make eating healthy easier by making batches of good food and remove junk from your house. You're the only one that can decide and make a commitment. Help your resolve by making eating healthy easier than eating junk.
