.8g per 1kg which is 2.2 pounds. I do a high fat/medium protien/low carb thing. The only thing I messure is my carb intake and I keep it anywhere between 50g and 150g.

Coconut yogurt is okay, but almond is horrible tasting. Just watch out for all the sugars.

I don't eat eggs so breakfast is hard for me. I usually do a cup of homemade bone broth and 2 hours later have a large cup up coffee with 7g of collogen, 15g coconut oil and 30g of coconut milk (canned). Put it all in a blender and froth. It's great!!

My biggest struggle is lethargy. When I get tired, I want quick carbs for the boost. The problem with that is I have the crash and want more. Hopefully by starting this new lifestyle I can get my energy back.

My goal is to be a fitter better me. I want a healthy body. It will never look great due to sagging skin after pregnancy, but I want to see a lower number on the scale. When I do my lab work for my job I want them to be great.

Lots of good tips on here, but my number one is browning really well in a little EVOO. Gets rid of the the grassy taste.

If you had internet get on youtube and look up bodyrock. They have some amazing workouts that you can start out with your own body weight. I love it and they are about 20-30 minute workouts.

I really enjoy Califia brands. My favorite it toasted coconut and almond. I don't do dairy and it took me forever to find a good coffee creamer. Silk is the worst.

When in using the cup measurement On the package it has the grams in ( ) so a cup of frozen strawberries is 140g. I put that in my smoothie but I use the cup measurement. Or another example is my almonds. It's about 28g for a serving. The number of almonds varies so I weigh them in grams but use the oz serving they give me.

I fixed that  for a while I was and I had to keep fixing it, but it's all situated now. My apps feed into my fitness tracker when I use them. When I'm at the gym and doing my weighs and circuits I don't use my phone or apps. Just MFP entries.
-
I mean it isn't coming off at all. I weigh exactly the same as when I started. 161.4. Thanks about the food diary. I work hard at eating healthy.
-
I use a running app, my phone and the stuff on MFP. I do run about 3-5 miles a day at about 9:15min per mile and I do work out about 1 1/2hrs a night. I also work at a hospital so I walk a ton. I also use a food scale. But thanks for the advise.
-
my goal is to run a 1/2 marathon by the end of the year.
-
Not sure what my goal would be, maybe running 60 miles in the month of July. I think that that is good.
-
So far for the month of June I'm at 29 miles. :)
