  Thanks for the add. Don't worry you can do this. Just set small goals and do everything in your own time. It's not a race. Come on you can do this.

  Hello I have kept my weight off for the entire year of 2015 however towards the end of this year gained 8 pounds due to grad school and just purchased a home!
