  • I love irideon and kerrits :)
  • here is another pic of my handsome dressage pony :)
  • awesome job!! Mine is more the time to go out to my horses field and get him ready...I hate the cold. But today I am thinking I am going to grab him and ride bareback in my pad and work on supplying and working on his trot. I would canter, but he is so horrible on his forehand. He would eject me off lol that is another…
  • Here is a different pic of my pony. I am in orange and one of my best friends is on her husband's horse. My other friend took the pic as I was asking him to move over lol
  • Yes I am hoping so as well, I felt bad for my friend. I let her get on him and she wanted to canter him. So I figured on his left side he is fine and we will do it on the lunge so she can get use to his canter first. Well He panicked and started backing up and slight rearing. So I had to scream at her to kick him forward…
  • :) my poor pony doesn't know what is going on! ha ha I started him back in to figure 8s and circles and intense pony trotting strides and cantering. xD he is in pony boot camp with me! He is use to our basic W/T/C, leg yeilds and practicing stopping at X and listening to the leg and doing his corners.
  • :) welcome to this journey friend! there is going to be hard times and amazingly easy times. But remember you are human and you will make mistakes. Just forgive yourself and keep exercising on and in the end you will reach your goal!! Just take it day by day.
  • I make things that I can eat, that I know my husband will love. He loved my Keto Chicken and cabbage stew last night...he hates cabbage, but I made it so he wouldn't know that's what it was.
  • ha ha yes!! He picks it up about two stride and then trigger switches and grabs the bit and runs like a bat out of hell. I don't panic anymore because he is a Haflinger....that little engine only has so much go and then stalls out. But I get more panicked when I have others in the indoor as I only have a little bit of…
  • I would probably get a splash of color!! I am not certain yet! they are difficult to find any other color other than silver or black with the little grips on the pads instead of the cheese grater pads.
  • I am doing Keto, which is pretty much NO SUGAR and low low low carb (20-50). I am silly for doing it before Christmas...but I want my jiggly parts gone.
  • treadmill and lifting weighs and the balance ball :).
  • ha ha yes I do!! It's so beautiful, that is the only reason I stick around.
  • my riding goals are to get my horse picking up the right lead canter and for my to lose enough weight to feel comfortable to bring him into his first EVER dressage show. Then maybe start balancing him out with small jumps. :) I don't really want to do a whole lot as he is 16 and I want to keep him around for a LONG LONG…
  • Yeah I want to do hunter with my haflinger...which probably will never happen HA HA. I say that as I tried popping him over a little cross jump and he approached it okay, tried to pull out and to the right and I encouraged him and kept him approaching and asked for lift and BAM. Breaks came on and he loudly groaned and…
  • I want Lorenzini titanium dressage stirrups xD lol I have herm sprenger bow balance and like them...but I wanted something a little more solid :)
  • I tried, but it kept lagging and half the time wouldn't let me sign on :-3 blah!
  • Awesome! I've lived here all my life. I love Norway because it is a small country town.
  • hmm weird, it shows it fine to me -_-. I will have to try to fix it a little later :)
  • can someone share with me, what are these fat bombs you all speak of? I've been doing Keto for a week now. I do get a little tired, but can push myself through it and have been putting the water to me. Lost 4lbs and I haven't had any carb cravings. I am sure they are waiting to sneak up on me lol
  • :) I am super excited to see that there is an active horse group!! the other ones kind of died out :/
  • I do half and half. I will warm up walk and trot and circles and figure 8s without the stirrups. But when it comes to canter to trot transitions I need them...my horse is learning not to lunge onto the forehand with breaking from canter to trot. If I didn't have the stirrups he would sling shot me off xD
  • I follow a Keto lifestyle, I eat a good amount of protein and fats and keep my carbs at a moderate low amount. So my breakfast will normally consist of 2 eggs with lox (normally hard boiled or scrambled* then snack is a little greek yogurt with cut up strawberries then lunch is something with a lot of protein, today is…
  • Aladdin AVR, Haflinger :).
  • oh and my name is Heather and my horses name is Aladdin*** duh forgot that!!
  • Hello everyone! I am currently training my Haflinger for riding/lower level dressage. I like to take the older horses that have sat for a few years, in his case 4, and give them new purpose and a job :). My horse is high earning points man in 6 hitch showing. But when it comes to dressage...he is trying to learn that he…
  • I live in Norway, Maine :)
  • On Amazon I just bought a charge 2 for $109.00, I like it so far. I have the Alta and its okay, but I wanted something with the HRM. I like how Fitbit has changed the HRM a little and its not digging into my wrist as much as the Charge HR did. :).
  • very new to fitbit, just got my Charge HR today and setting it up :) need new friends //www.fitbit.com/user/35WNP6
  • yeah, I was going to but my hubby just told me to cancel everything with them and pre order the up3 as my christmas gift!!! :)! He saw me looking at it and guess read about it on his phone and said it would be great for me as I wanted something to swim laps in and wear with riding my horse and not have to worry about it…
