I work shift work so it varies. I changed all my food log sections from breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks to 4 hour increments (ie 000-0400, 0400-0800 etc) and I just complete the log at the end of each day. What about smoothies? Get some protein powder(just watch the sugar) and mix with ice and fruit. I love Vanilla protein powder, with chocolate almond milk(unsweetened), banana, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, chia seeds and sometimes a bit of instant coffee.
