Picky eater

I am a fairly picky eater (no eggs please, dislike sauces & sandwiches...)

I'm having a hard time staying within 1200 calories a day. My breakfast is SMALL (under 100 calories) but I'd like to change that (I feel like that's not a big enough breaky to start the day).

Any "picky"eaters with an open diary willing to add me & let me creep your meals?? Would appreciate it!!

    Black coffee and 100g 35 calorie yogurt. Sometimes a banana too.

    what foods do you like?? there are so many options for breakfast...including non traditional breakfast foods...

    oatmeal with flavoured protein and berries

    protein oatmeal pancakes

    egg and cheese omelette

    home made egg sandwich

    toast, fruit, eggs

    smoothie


    could go on and on but easier if you say things you DO like :)
  • What about smoothies? Get some protein powder(just watch the sugar) and mix with ice and fruit.

    I love Vanilla protein powder, with chocolate almond milk(unsweetened), banana, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, chia seeds and sometimes a bit of instant coffee.

    You def need to eat more then that 35cal yogurt, in fact eating a bigger breakfast will help you eat less later in the day.

    Another yummy breakfast for me: 1/3 cup(measured dry) of steel cut oats or other non instant oats(currently Im using Rogers Porridge Oats with oats, oat bran, wheat bran and flax, with cinnamon, splenda, banana and roughly a tbsp of peanut butter.

    My breaky averages 300 to 350cal but it keeps me full for quite a while

    My favorite breakfast is Kashi 7 Grain waffles topped with plain greek yogurt and strawberries. You have to eat the strawberries with the waffles to get the effect. I can't eat them without a fruit....however with strawberries and blueberries they are delicious! It's about 200 calories for the meal.
