The thing about logging is that it's kind of a pain in the butt at first, but unless you eat completely differently for every single meal, it becomes so much quicker the more (longer) you do it.

I find it a bit of a struggle to drink water without putting conscious effort into it. Yeah, I definitely don't feel the same if I eat sugar from candy versus fruit. I think I'm going to keep watching the added sugar, the only real added sugar I have had in the past week has been a little bit of maple syrup and I feel really fantastic. Thanks!

I have exactly this issue. I am currently on an overnight shift, and I decided to experiment and eat the meals that I'll miss from being asleep during the day (breakfast and lunch). I find hydration is super important though in helping with nightshift.

I have a similar issue, I work shift work and today I'll be awake for about 20 hours because I just can't nap when I'm switching over.
