Try old fashioned oatmeal (the cooking kind that takes like 5 min.) then add honey and cinnimon and some kind of fruit.... this will defiantly fill you up

Depends on my mood.... I either go with: 6" Turkey on Honey oat No Cheese Lettuce Spinich pickles salt and pepper and mayo or 6" veggie on honey oat No Cheese lettuce spinich pickles cucumbers tomatoes salt and pepper mayo sweet onion sauce

This is me... I will track everything except gum and coffee. Even if it looks bad on my diary I will still track it...I know to be honest with myself I have to be honest with my diary.
