I was the same at the beginning...Could barely 2 push ups on my knees...Now I do 15 normal ones without stopping...You will get there, just practice, practice, practice! xx

I stay under calories and try to eat as much protein as possible..I don't believe in diets, for me is a lifestyle and I couldn't eat every day 50% protein...But still have good results. For me a calorie is a calorie and as long as u eat less than u burn you loose weight...
