  • For ME, running is the best cardio EVER. Nothing else leans me up quite like it. As for walking, I don't really FEEL like I'm getting an awesome workout and I never really have tried only walking as a form of cardio. I walk a lot (we live in Seattle) and honestly--I think running is better if you want fitness and leanness.

  • They WILL help build the ab muscles but they wont reduce the fat on the tummy. Unfortunately spot reducing doesn't work, but if you don't have much fat on them anyway, you'll definitely see definition from the increased amounts of muscle. 100 is awesome! ;oD I need to get back to doing those before bed like I used to!
