Started back in December of 2011. I was 300 lbs and had been since I moved back to Wisconsin from Texas. Finally started to not stuff my miserable pie-hole so much and walking 30 min a day. Actually lost 10lbs over the Holidays, so kept going. Had a goal of 245 lbs., which I hit at the end of March. Just took 2 weeks 'off' from training, didn't lose anything, but didn't gain any either; so we're off and running to get down to 200 lbs by July 4th!!

That's really great progress. And the fact that you took some time off and didn't gain anything says you're totally headed in the right direction--also means your metabolism is working the way it's supposed to! Great work! I can't wait to follow along!!!0

Actually, I gained all the weight after I moved back to Wisconsin. Brats, Beer, Kopps Custard, Fried Cheese Curds; I missed being away for 10 years and it showed!!0
