I love MFP but I'd follow what the P90X nutrition guide says. MFP has great basic guidelines for those without a nutritionist or nutrition guide. YOu are very lucky to have a plan tailored to the exercise you'll be doing. Good luck!

Yes it did. Keep in mind I wasn't that overweight to begin with and I was working on building muscle along the way. Plus I'm not in a financial place to follow the Beachbody meal plans so I had to just make due.

Regular undies. They usually do get sweaty, like the rest of my clothes. It doesn't bother me too much when I'm exercising, 'cause I'm sweaty everywhere but I shower and change right away.

I've done a round of Turbo and P90X Turbo hybrid. The best advice I can give is to do the prep schedule and make sure you're fueling your body properly. Other than that good luck and have fun!

I'm at 1300 and eat most of my exercise calories. I try to eat an even amount of calories at each meal with two snacks half that amount. For instance if I burn 400 exercising then I have 1700 available for the day. That means I can have up to 425 at breakfast lunch and dinner AND two 212 calorie snacks. I also try to have…
