It sounds weird but you need to eat more than 1200, if you're building muscle. I slowly upped my intake (100 calories a week) to 1400 and broke through a 2 month plateau. I'm 5'6" and was 177. I originally had my goal at 135 but at 153 the weight seems to be coming off a lot more slowly than before. I changed my goal to 145. Hey me too! Totally worth the price. It's been one of the best investments I've ever made! vdubmomma - depending on the workout, the videos are anywhere from 15 minutes to 55 minutes. Don't let the short workouts fool you they are intense but a ton of fun!

I try to do it but it doesn't always happen. The days that I do go MUCH better.I might not log each meal andsnack but it lets me know what I can have with the meals I didn't log....hope that makes sense.

I'mgoing to staart tring for Warrior Dash in Decem to run next April. I need the time because I'm not a runner! I was going to post almost the exact same thing when I got home later but now I don't have to. Thanks for all the great info!

Me too! I want to be able to participate in "Tough Mudder" without being dead last. So to get ready for that startin gin December I'll begin a C25K with cross training to get ready to do a "Warrior Dash" AND then maybe at the end of next year I'll be ready for those 11-13 miles for Tough Mudder!

Yes it is, I did it last week. Last Saturday I did P90X Legs and Back & Ab Ripper X. On Sunday From my stomach to the bottom of my feet was sore. I had to make myself do my Turbo Fire workout that day but I felt much better afterwards. You might try a protein drink afterwards, I've found it helps tremendously with muscle…

I can't wait but am always weary of books that arte turned into movies. That being said I have high hopes for Breaking Dawn. I think they'll have to stick pretty close to the book or the last movie wouldn't make sense. I'm excited!

fs happens when I don't get a good fiber/water balance. I usually have a few days of drinking dieters tea to get back on track and then it's smooth sailing from there.

So I had a little dinner. I've got a pretty busy evening to prepare for a busy day tomorrow; hopefully I can squeeze something in. You better believe that I will kill it tomorrow morning with my Turbo Fire!
