Hello and welcome! I started here In January and really love it. I'm sure you will too. :-)

63 views and no advice!?! Come on now MFP, you're better than that!

Thank you everyone!

I like my Ratatoullie (sp?) style. It a French peasant dish, chock full of veggies and soo yummy! You layer the veggies and flavors and it's incrediable. Chop all veggies so you have nice big chunks. Be sure to cook the veggines in the right order, it really does make a diffference. All you need to remember is this…

Good for you getting on the part to recovery. I know it must be a constant struggle and I applaud you for working to become healthy. Remember when you go back to school that's okay to be a little flexiable with the times and if you eat about 6 small healtyh meals throughout the day you'll be in good shape. Now here's what…

@soccermum75 - I got the schedule off the Beachbody website. @ garrettsmommy - It's strength and yoga from P90X and Fire 45, 55 and several HIIT's

I have an inverted bob and love it! My hair is super think and naturally curly and I never thought I could have short hair but I got a really good flat iron. It's less time to fix and as long as I go in for a cut every 10 weeks, its' easy to fix. Plus, I spend A LOT less on hair care products. Go for it!

Eat plenty of food: lots of carbs and protein and most importantly...get plenty of sleep so your muscles can recover.

Thanks ladies!

Seriously?! 33 views and nobody has any advice?

Welcome back! You know where to find me if you need anything!

Anything by Beachbody! I've completed a round of P90X and am in the middle of Turbo FIre. I've also done a few Inanity workouts with a friend. With all of those programs you get several DVD's so you get to do something different everyday! Plus the instructors are super motivating and help you make the most out of your…

How many bonus points..no, no, extra pounds lost...do I earn from my hard work, even though my legs are super sore? Friday is weigh-in day for me so I'll report back then and let you know! {{{fingers crossed, 2 pounds}}}

Thank you

I want to look good naked AND wearing skimpy sexy lingerie.

I'm 5'6" and my goal is 145 and then reevaluate when I get there!

I 'm in the middle of week 9 of Turbo FIre. I did the Prep Schedule and I think it really helped. Be sure to use the nutrition guide so that you're getting the proper fuel or when all else fails defer to Micha's Ladder. Before my workouts I have a small snack and afterwards a protein shake. I've recently been using…

If you're looking for a seasoning the olive oil will work but has a unique taste that can be a bit strong if you're not used to it. Butter contains a lot of fat and sodium. I usually use spray butter. The popcorn gets a light buttery taste and is moist enough to let your seasonings stick. I normally sprinkle a little…

First of all think of it as a badge of honor. You're a mommy! Then you need to understand that getting rid of a mommy pooch might not be something that is attainable for you. The women in my family do hot have flat stomachs, but they don't exercise like I do! I think it's really important to be at peace with the fact there…

Welcome, you'll love it here!

Before my second child was born I weighed 194 pounds...ugh..that was almost 8 years ago. Welcome, you'll love it here!

When they ask me if we had kids to do all the chores....we will say yes. When they ask if we were given a book on how to embarrass them we will say yes but never needed to use it...it just came so natural. As said before, we just had this need to have a baby. We'd been married a little over a year and got pregnant in a…

Yum! Keep 'em comin'!

In the past 200 days I've lost 18 pounds but had a few slip-ups. I think it sounds like you've got a good plan. Do you have a HRM so you know exactly what you burn during exercise? if not there are some relatively inexpensive ones that are reliable. Be sure to measure your food so you can be exact when you input you food…

bump? anyone...anyone?

It does seem a bit steep to me too. Especially since I just spent less than that buying groceries for a family of four for a week. Groceries which included mostly vegetables and fruit. I'd like to try it because I'm sure I'd like it but there's no way I can afford it now.

Bump for later

I make my own, chai latte, at home almost every morning; except I use a teaspoon of agave nectar and a splash of 2% milk. So delish! For me most coffeehouse drinks and smoothies from fast food restaurants are simply not worth it. WAY too much sugar and calories!

Nevermind that last post... Okay, so I read VERY carefully through my Turbo Fire "Fuel the Fire" book and hopefully I've got things figured out. I went through switched my goals, ad reduced my calories. We'll see what happens.
