Okay, so I read through my Turbo Fire "Fuel the Fire book and hopefully I've got things figured out. I went through switched my goals, ad reduced my calories. We'll see what happens.

I read through my Turbo Fire meal plan and I think I might have been eating too little...I think?! I'm exercising a lot so I upped my calories by 100 and {{{crosses fingers}}} we'll see what happens. :smile:

It was so delicious! I had the grilled chicken sandwich, no cheese, and a few smears of the remoulade & the side salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Thanks again!

There are too many delicious suggestions! I'm been hovering around the same 2ish pounds for about a month and I'm trying really hard to hit my goal of 20 pounds lost by the end of the month. My daily calories are at 1399, I used the Turbo Fire worksheet to come up with that number. I also wear a HRM and usually am under my goal.

If you go to a gas station they have those giant "trucker mugs". I've got one and it's about 52 ounces or about 6 1/2 cups. When I fillit with ice and water my water stays cold almost all day! You might try a gas station near a major interstate. They usually have big mugs there to market to truckers driving long distances.

I totally agree. We did not have central heat this past winter.
