I have a problem with bingeing but have really tried to work on that issue. so I try not to eliminate any food groups but some foods are harder for me to control than others. I think I managed to change my diary setting.

Awesome. Thrift stores are great for when you are in transition. Doesn't hurt the wallet so much.

thanks. I'm really afraid of gaining again. This has been my whole life and I want to keep the weight off once and for all......but I will give it a shot.

I am out regulary every day and walk a fair bit in what I do, but I also have a goal to walk briskly about 5 times a week for 30 minutes minimum each time.

I'm 5' 5 1/2 " Weigh 132 # . Been on the 1200 since I started a little over 6 months ago. Started year agp march with weight watcher onlline and switched to mfp in november. Down 29# total

Dried beans are quite high in potassium. Google 'potassium rich foods' and there are good lists.
