How do you know when to repeat a week and when to move on? I just finished week 1, day 2 and while I can run every time, by the 6th run I am pretty much done but I keep going anyway. I just don't know if I should repeat week 1 again or move on to week 2... running a minute and a half seems like a daunting task lol.

My mom got me this container and it is AMAZING. It keeps strawberries fresh so much longer than just sticking them in the fridge. All I know is she called it a strawberry keeper. It's a normal container but it has this insert that allows air to be under them. I searched for it on amazon and I found 2 similar containers…

If you like dancing, try Zumba. It is seriously amazing. I went to a 50 minute class tonight and burned a little over 500 calories! It's not hard to catch on to at all. You should think about trying it!

Y'all can add me! I'm also a college student trying to lose weight too. It really is hard trying to fit everything into your schedule (especially when you're so tired) but I'm learning I have to make this work. I have to do something so that I can live a long, healthy, and mostly HAPPY life!
