  • Thanks, just been on it and according to that i should be eating nearly 3000cal, surely i cant lose weight eating that amount of calories?!?! just doesnt make sense, surely someone that is 23 stone and only eats 1500cal daily should lose weight?
  • thanks:) I think thats my problem, ive not lost any weight for 2 weeks now and im going gym every day...im eating around 1500 cals if that sometimes, but mentally i think the more i eat the more i will gain weight and not lose it... arghhhhhh.   • i feel your pain, im in exactly the same situation :( . . . makes you seriously wonder why do ya bother going gym etc.... hope someone could shed some light on this.... 1 possibility is your building up muscle?
  • thanks guys! :) To be fair im not doing a food diary, Breakfast is 2 weetabix with skimmed milk, and a banana then i go gym, come back have maybe a chicken wrap made at home (not shop bought), with salad. i have WW crisp mid afternoon, then for tea i have a WW meal and a WW ice cream pudding. i KNOW i dont drink enough…
