8/11: 202.4 8/18: 200.4 I'm so happy; this has actually been my first time losing. I only walked a mile once this week and the rest has been do to eating and since it was the TOM last week I didn't think anything would happen; thank god it did.

Oil yes because it has calories and fats; I don't log certain spices because they say it has 0 everything so why bother. I would say if something has a calorie or fat just log it in and if not than don't.

calorie counting really sucks. I find it but it's almost the hardest thing to do even harder than exercise if you can believe that. Since I make all the food I eat and they are more traditional back home, even harder to find it on here sometimes.

thanks for all the info....really appreicate it. Will diff put in spinach, never thought the milk would be a problem but that might be whats contrubuting to the sugar overall, nd also the overall amount of the fruites.

I actually like the Elliptical better then the treadmill even though i use both.....I burn more on the eliptical. Anyways i have a HRM and it actually pretty accurate to the machine...it may be over/under by maybe 10C but thats really nothing.

omg i had the same problem and thought it was only me....when i first started i could barley make it to 5 minutes but now iam on it for about 20-30minutes no problem. i also do it for 10m and then go on the treadmill for another 10 and then the bike for 10 and do it all over again, i've seen that i burn more calories doing…
