Thanks for your advice. So it looks as though I have defiantly been over generous with the amount of calories burnt. Hopefully I will see the weight coming of after the advice I have received this evening. :smile:

About 2 hours. I do 70/75 minutes cardio and about 30 minutes doing weight machines.

At the gym I attend weight is recorded in all machines ( techno gym) so for every machine used calories burn is recorded. When I log out I record the calories burnt for cardio machines and strength/ weights used.

I have found this thread very helpful. I was wondering why I only lost .2kg this week. It looks as though I should be eating calories gained at the gym. I attend daily and burn on average 900 calories, but I have only used the 1440 as per MFP. So I take it that I should be eating a minimum of 2000 calories. Thanks everyone.

Why don't you give yourself a daily allowance, hopefully that might help. Or you could tell yourself that you are allergic to chocolate and dried fruit.
