Try chair bound exercises. Have a look in Pinterest or Google chair bound exercises. These type of exercises will not exhert you too much. Wishing you well on your weight loss journey!

For a true calorie burn, when working out on the bike and elliptical, it's best to wear a heart rate monitor! Add some weight training into your exercise programme. Cardio for weight loss, and strength training for toning. Anyway good luck with your weight loss, and exercise programme:smile:

I'm 61, make sure you log all your foods that you eat, also make sure that you weigh the food. I would suggest that you make soups, I.e vegetable , drink a glass of water before eating. This will make you feel full, and try and drink a minimum of eight glasses of water, plus regular workouts. Good luck on your weight loss…

Go with your HRM!i wear one for all exercises. Today I done a Meta Fit class and burned 228 calories in 25 minutes. I'm 61 somebody younger would probably burn more calories than me ????

I wear a HRM to do X Bike- similar to spinning. At my last class, I burnt 347 calories. Class duration 40 minutes. Don't know if age has anything to do with amount of calories burnt. I am 61 ????
