Dilemma
I have recently started using a HRM linked into Digifit. Working out this morning, HRM indicated that I used 627 calories doing my workout. However the gym I attend uses Techno gym equipment that records calories used. according to Technogym I used 483 calories. Which one do I go with? Thanks in advance.

Exercise calories
Advice please. Should I included strength training calories burnt as well as cardio calories.
