I have recently started using a HRM linked into Digifit. Working out this morning, HRM indicated that I used 627 calories doing my workout. However the gym I attend uses Techno gym equipment that records calories used. according to Technogym I used 483 calories. Which one do I go with? Thanks in advance.

HRM is usually more accurate than gym equipment. I don't have one yet
so I use the number the equipment gives me or make a guess based on time x intensity.

pick one, watch the scale, and eat as closely as possible to your caloric budget (don't always try to be "under") this way you will know for sure over the course of a week if it's accurate or not.0
