Hi MFP's I am a 61 and workout six days a week, doing the following, Meta Fit, Ciruit Training, Spinning x 3 and Use the cardio equipment & strength training equipment. For all my workouts I wear HRM. Which is lined to ICardio/ Didgifit. Today I completed a 10 advanced cardio assessment, the results were: Fit Rank-100, VO2 Max 43, LTHR-138.3 Max HR 163. Other than the Max HR, i do not have a clue what the other figures are. I'm looking for an explanation as to what the figures mean. Can anybody explain what these mean. Many thanks ????
