I couldn't agree more :) I took b&a photos of my first round of 30 day shred, and I couldn't believe the difference! My body, particularly my stomach, changed so much.

Mine is rippled too! I hate it! That's what I'm going to attempt to tighten. I haven't seen any before and after photos of "rippled" stomachs that have improved. Everyone seems to have perfect skin in both their before and after photos, so I have no idea if it's even possible to improve :frown:

Let's hope there is hope for us yet! I am thinking of doing 30 day shred again, now my body is a bit less flabby to when I started it the first time. I had really good results the first time, so here's to hoping! :drinker:

Wow :) that is so great! Thank you for sharing :) I was only 50kg (110lbs - sorry, I'm in Australia and use kgs! lol) when I fell pregnant, and got up to 64kg (142lbs) at 41w 3 days pregnant, now I am back down to where you are now :) but I think my stretch marks are making it a little bit harder for the skin to tighten…

Goodness :) what did your heaviest baby weigh? My son weighed 8lb 12oz, which did quite a number on my stomach. I would never of guessed you had any children by just looking at your photos. Good on you! :smokin:

Thanks! :) What is a good starting weight range to be using at home for a beginner female? Just a round about weight to be able to see any changes.. (I know it will be different for everyone, but I just don't know where to start! lol)
