Mine was higher than I expected, which I thought was odd andd thought maybe I got a dodge HRM, but reading a lot of other people have had higher than they expected readings, I am glad it's not just me!

Do you think, in the long run, it would give the same results, though? Or near enough? Even though it will take much longer and won't make you necessarily stronger?

Both times I have done 30DS I stopped hurting at around day 5. It does get better!

I eat a mint, chew gum, brush my teeth, have a cup of tea or some diet coke. You could try painting your nails, and put on a lot of coats (wet nails = hard to eat) :smile:

I ate some pasta with an alfredo sauce I made for dinner as a side dish.. I didn't even think about checking the calories before I made/ate it... I had no idea how many calories cream had!!!
