Thank you :) Another question! How long was anyone sore for when you started running? Usually with a new workout I am sore for a couple of days, and then I never get sore.. until I try something new! My legs hurt a lot more than I expected, I think I may need to do a lot more stretches before and after next time. I…

I wouldn't think so..

Well I finally worked up the courage to go for my first run yesterday! I did a jog/walk combo, and only managed to do about 3km in 30 minutes, I did take it very easy though, since it was my first time and I did it straight after my usual workout. I'm still feeling it in my legs today, though! Do you base your run on time…

Way to go! You look awesome! So healthy and confident! Great work :)

30DS... - It's quick - It can be done at home, in a small space - You don't need much equipment - It's a great workout for most people - It does have quite a few different moves for the amount of time? - It has given such great results to so many people... who do it for the time intended. If it's not for you, then it's not…

I am currently doing my second round of 30ds and I am planning on doing ripped in 30 when I finish.. I am also looking to start running to lose about 5kg (11lbs). I just need to work up the courage to go for my first run to get me started somewhere! Your plan sounds much like one I am trying to come up with for myself…

Other than the pushups, there are a lot of plank positions in levels 2 and 3, and a lot of holding weights involved in all levels (not sure if that would be a problem for you? ) All in all, yes, there are quite a few moves that require hand and wrists to have weight put on them. If you can hold and use weights...…

Thanks :) I'm just worried if I have too much of one thing.. like fat or sugar... it might prevent me from losing any weight. I have no idea though!
