wow, I never heard of this. Good to know!

I weigh everyday. Since I have only been at this under 2 months I find it helps. I like to see the flucuations then I know I need to drink more water or try a little harder if it has gone up. I log the loss after seeing it 3 days in a row.

I took it several years ago myself. I had a bad headache for over a week, lots and energy then I got MEAN! Hopefully, it will work well for you like some of the others. With the energy I lost some weigh, no gain. Good luck!

I think that might be a bit beyond what I can do to start but it does look awesome. I have it and will use it once I get in a little better shape for sure!

I enjoyed the pictures. I couldn't read all of it (I'm at work) but did she say what she did to workout?

That is awesome Krystle! Maybe we should put our measurements too. I am so looking forward to the day my pants are loose in the waist!!
-
173 today so I lost a couple. I imagine it will slow down soon though since my body is probably shocked by not getting big mac's and donuts anymore.

I bought myself a really neat looking water bottle.I keep it filled and with me at all times. It has made a huge difference for me. Ice helps too.

I do have a chest strap and entered my weight into the monitor but not the treadmill. Dang, I've been burning a whole lot more calories in the last month and a half than I thought.

I just got a Timex personal trainer. It got good reviews and wasn't as expensive. It works great!

I was wanting soup today since it was so cold and snowy. I have made soup for the family before but that was before I watched calories and sodium. I think it would be great to make a couple of soups and freeze them for lunches. Would love to see some favorite healthy soups you can make at home.

That is funny!

So, Walmart has these? That is something I think I could do!

You can change your percentages under your personal setting in MFP if you decide to not stick to what the default put in. Having said that, I wouldn't lower the fat percentage to what the trainer told you.

I am down to 176 so that is 3 pounds. I worked out pretty good and ate well except the days I have been sick. Seems a lot of us were sick this week.

Thanks everyone. The second time I went through it it really was easier. I did figure out though that I bought the older 2005 version but it was only $25.00 on Craigslist. This will help me then if I can really get it I will purchase the new one.

I can see a little definition in my upper arms now. They have been fat and straight for so long now.

Fantastic job!!!

I am doing pretty good with exercise and eating. Doing great on the water intake. I have avoided that chocolate cake all day long. Does anyone sometimes just take a bite of something to curb your craving? I won't tonight, even though I want to.

As soon as I get me a good pedometer (what kind do you have?) I plan on doing at least 10,000 steps. I probably won't log it in as exercise but use it as an added bonus to getting in shape. Great job on all the steps!!

I thought I had been drinking enough water but watching today, well, I guess I wasn't. I have finished 2 24oz bottles of water so that is 48 down. It's after 5 so I better get to drinking or I will be up all night.

good job! I can tell a lot in your arms.

I would love to join this challenge with you. I am an office worker and have a restroom 30 feet from me. I have noticed at first you have to run to the bathroom a lot but after some time that seems to not be the case. Anyway, I need to drink at least 64oz if not more so I am in.

I just read what you posted. It all sounds great. I don't cook much so this will inspire me to find some healthy recipes I can try. Thank you.

Starting weight is 179.5. I plan on using the treadmill 3 times a week doing couch to 5K. The others days I will strength train and start using the gym at work once I learn the machines. :)

I will take my picture tomorrow. This is a great motivator.
